We LOVE making and eating smores too! A nice way to spin this recipe is to use a peanut butter cup in the middle. Light chocolate, dark chocolate are the standard fillings.
Don't burn the marshmellow...toast it lightly brown and the outside of the marshmellow is crispy and the middle of the marshmellow is gooey!
You can use a twig from a tree, straighten a coat hanger out or buy a marshmellow roasting stick to roast those marshmellows over your fire.
