I think it's important to know the weather in Yosemite National Park and the current time. Here is information of current conditions as well as what to expect seasonally.
Below is also how I've seen the Yosemite park weather for each month of the year. The summer months are pretty consistent here but Yosemite weather can really fluctuate the rest of the year. At the bottom of this page I have provided a phone number and website link for current Yosemite road conditions.

For every 1,000 feet in rise in elevation, the temperature drops roughly 3 degrees. I tell you this so that you can think ahead and be prepared for your visit to Yosemite. Yosemite Valley has an elevation of 4,000 feet. But Tioga Pass (upper Yosemite has an elevation of 10,000 feet. And there are hiking trails all the way in between :) Be prepared for changes in weather in Yosemite National Park year around.

If you find your GPS does not match up with road signs when you are in Yosemite, follow the road signs. I often find GPS directions wrong in Yosemite. You can also put in "Yosemite Valley" or "Tuloumne Meadows" or "Wawona" for directions.
