Lake Clark Alaska

Lake Clark Alaska is a National Park and preserve that has great hiking, breathtaking photography, fishing, wildlife and two active volcanoes.

Alaska has a volcanic belt that is apart of the Pacific Ring Of Fire. This ring of fire has seven active volcanoes. Two of those volcanoes are located inside this Alaska National Park. They are Iliamna and Redoubt.

Iliamna has not erupted in many many years. But it has gases and steam consistently being released. Redoubt lated erupted on April 12, 2009.

There are no roads to get you here. To get here, you must be brought in by a bush plane. This Alaska National Park has the Aleutian Mountain Range to the north of it. To the south is the Chigmit Mountain Range. To the east are beautiful coastal lines and rainforests. And on the west side of this Alaska National Park is the serine Turquoise Lakes.

A National Park that doesn't have a lot of visitors. It's beauty is unmatched. A park with waterfalls, many streams and lakes and located on the Alaska Peninsula.
