Here Is The Best Hiking GPS Choices

The following three made the list for 2009 best hiking gps. Unfortunately, bad things happen sometimes. A gps tool will help you locate exactly where you are if you get lost. Cell phones are useless if the signal is too weak to penetrate the trees and clouds. A good gps will tell you where you are and if needed will tell a rescue team your precise location. Don't hike without one!

Any of the above gps's are easy to use. It only takes about an half of an hour to master using one of these. Put one of these on your hiking supplies list. Don't take unnecessary chances when it comes to your hiking safety. A gps is worth every penny that you put toward one.

The above were rated the best from the OUTSIDE BUYERS GUIDE MAGAZINE and THE BACKPACKER MAGAZINE in the 2010 summer issues.

If you want to know even more about gps's, then check out my friends at GPS Navigators. They make it simple and easy to get directions to your destination with a gps.
