Do you think Glacier Point will be open May 30th, 2011?

Hi Kay, They usually start clearing Glacier Point Road the first week of June. So I really don't think it will be opened. Yosemite had a longer winter than normal and a huge snow pack as well.

It wouldn't hurt to double check just before your trip though. You may check this link just to be sure. Just scroll down until you see Glacier Point and it will say "Open" or "Closed".

Have a great visit to Yosemite National Park when you come! The waterfalls will be the best during your visit...much more than years past :D
