Fresno Yosemite Airport

The Fresno Yosemite Airport is the closest airport to fly into Yosemite National Park. This will bring you to Yosemite through its south entrance. This airport is located in the city of Fresno, California. The airport code is FAT. This airport is officially known as Fresno Yosemite International Airport.

The Fresno Yosemite airport is not downtown. The area around the airport is a nice, clean safe part of town. The airport is on the east side of Fresno. I recommend that if you fly into Fresno in the evening, you stay the night so that you can see Yosemite during the daylight hours. You'll miss the fantastic tunnel view if you drive into Yosemite at night!

If you need to phone the airport directly, the number is (559) 621-4500.
