Every trail is open in Yosemite! You might see some patches of snow off to the side of a trail. Tuolumne is great and you will be fine for your trip. It's really beautiful up here. Your going to have a great time.
Be warned that the mosquitoes are THICK right now in Tuolumne and everywhere else in Yosemite. The lakes are full and the waterfalls are full.
