Can We Float The Merced River Yet?

I see that the water levels have been really high in Yosemite National Park. Is it safe to float the Merced River yet?

Dear Mike,

Park officials say we may begin floating on the Merced River in Yosemite beginning July 1st, 2010. See you on the river!
