Hi, my name is Kathy and I am a California website designer. I work from home in building websites for myself, family, friends and small businesses. Building websites is my passion.

I build all of my websites using the tools of a wonderful company called SBI. It is short for Site Build It. I have been doing this for almost four years. I started out learning to build websites to promote a book that I wrote called, Finding God In Autism. It took me two years to get the website where I wanted it to be. Then, I built myself a website about Yosemite National Park to share with others about a place that I know very well.

Friends and family didn't want to learn how to build websites but asked me to build one for them. Then, before I knew it, small business were calling me to help them. I have two ongoing sites that I am building for clients. You may take a look at how these are going:

Through SBI, I learned how to get my websites found by Google and other search engines. I learned techniques to making a website eye appealing and user friendly. All the money that I earn from my websites and building them for others, goes for medical treatments to help one of children recover from autism.

I am easy to work with, very thorough and very efficient with my time. You will have complete say in how your website looks and that you need to supply me with the content for the website. The cost of me building a website for others starts at $3,300. This will give you up to 30 pages of information for your website. In

addition there is a annual fee of $300 to SBI each year to host the website.

I require a 50% down payment to me and you pay $300 to SBI to begin building your website. The balance is due when I have completed your website or you have reached 30 pages.

If you want more than 30 pages on your website, my fee is $50 an hour. It takes me roughly an hour to make a page for a website. If you want me to place Google Adsense and/or other advertisers or storefronts on your website, there will be an additional fee.

Not only will you own your own website, you will be able to access the statistics for your site. You will know how many people find your website each day and from where. You will know which pages are ranked well with Google and other search engines. It will be one of my jobs to get each page of your site ranking on the first page of Google. You will also have the option of sending out email blasts if you choose to have an opt-in newsletter for your website.

I will spend about an hour or so teaching you about keywords that I will use to get your website found on the net. There will be no need to pay anyone to get your website ranked with search engines.
